My Websites
These are some examples of Websites that I have developed for both myself and other organizations and schools in the community.
Anishinaabemowin ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᒧᐎᓐ
This was the very first site I developed! I started it in 2006 and have used it as a clearing house for many of the digital resources I have created over the years.
Anishinaabe Academy
This is the first site that I made for a school. It is also the site that gets the most traffic! This is the site that we use for the Native Language Literacy Site at Anishinaabe Academy.
P.I.E. Native Languages and Culture
This page is my sole contribution to this great website, but it is one that I am very proud of! The P.I.E. website has so many excellent resources available to the community and world. I am really pleased with how this page turned out and that anyone who visits the P.I.E website can learn Ojibwe.
Michif
Michif is a language that is very important to me. It is a heritage Language for me as a Métis person, and it was the main focus of my graduate studies in linguistics. I am very pleased to be able to share with you some of the sounds and phrases of this magnificent Language!
Daḳota
Hau! Here are some of the online Daḳota language materials I have developed The materials here were created by Neil McKay at the University of Minnesota. This project began while I was an immersion teacher at Anishinaabe Academy. I had already developed online Ojibwe for the parents of our students. This was done with the intention of helping the parents of the Daḳota students study the language.
